Road Delays on Chase Road

PRESS RELEASE – The Habersham County Sheriff’s Office announced that the road department will be working on removing the remaining debris from Chase Road on Thursday and it could cause some road delays.

The Sheriff’s Office issued this statement on social media:

On Thursday, (02/24/22) our road department will be removing remaining trees on Chase Road between the hours of 8:00 AM and 2:30 PM.

Each section of the road will be one way only until the crew moves to the next section of road.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is a very busy and narrow road for our crews to work on. Please move over and keep our crews safe!
